Terms of Use
One Idea Per Person. Each individual may submit only one proposal, verified by LinkedIn profile. Duplicate submissions will be rejected.
License Grant. By submitting, you grant MoonStones a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, build, launch, and commercialize products based on your idea. You retain the right to pursue the idea independently.
Certificate of Authorship. Upon submission, you receive a cryptographically signed certificate proving you submitted this idea at a specific time. This certificate is transferable to another party at your discretion.
Founder Invitation. If a startup based on your idea generates revenue, you may be invited to lead it. If you accept, MoonStones may offer a buyback of your certificate as a signing bonus. All offers are optional.
Token Validity. Your certificate remains valid as long as the startup is active. If the startup is shut down, the certificate expires after 90 days. Buyback value may increase as the startup grows.
No Guarantees. MoonStones makes no guarantees that any idea will be selected, built, launched, or generate revenue. We may build similar products from other sources. All decisions regarding development, timing, and founder selection are at our sole discretion.
No Employment or Partnership. Submitting a proposal does not create any employment, partnership, or contractual relationship with MoonStones until a separate written agreement is signed.
Public Information. Your idea summary may be referenced in aggregate statistics. Your LinkedIn profile URL is stored but not publicly displayed. The verification page shows only a preview of your idea and ownership status.
Third-Party Rights. You represent that your submission does not infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. If your idea overlaps with protected rights, you are solely responsible for any claims. MoonStones may discontinue development at any time if potential infringement is identified, without liability to you.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoonStones from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submission, including claims by third parties alleging infringement of their intellectual property rights.
